Entertaining season is here....

It's getting colder outside and the days are getting shorter. It's time to head into the kitchen and learn a new delicious hobby.  Cheese making!  Fromage blanc is one of my favorite cheeses this time of the year because it has so many culinary applications.  Fromage blanc is a soft, fresh cheese that you can use in sauces, dips, spreads, baking and even desserts.  Talk about a versatile cheese.  It is one that you will always want to have on hand!
