Making your own cheese is easy! Join Paula Maddison who has been teaching this lost art for over 6 years and learn how to create some delicious and nutritious cheeses. Paula will show you a variety of ways you can turn these basic cheeses into some amazing appetizers worthy of the cover of Bon Appetit magazine! Paula will have pre made curd called Fromage Blanc that we will infuse herbs, spices, and botanicals to create delicious appetizers. Other appetizers will include Boursin and a layered Torta.
